- Course Fees & Payment
• The course fee is INR 56,000/- plus applicable GST currently charged at 18%.
• Registration shall be confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable course fee.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the full fee must be paid prior to commencement of the programme.
• Any travel, accommodation, internet, or personal expenses incurred by participants shall be their sole responsibility.
• Failure to complete payment within the prescribed timelines may result in cancellation of registration without further notice. - Registration, Rescheduling & Cancellation
• The organizer reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, modify, or cancel any training batch due to operational requirements, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• In the event of rescheduling, participants may be accommodated in a future batch, subject to availability.
• Course fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Requests for change of batch or rescheduling by participants shall be considered solely at the discretion of the organizer. - Participant Requirements & Attendance
• Participants are expected to attend all sessions and actively participate in practical exercises, simulations, assessments, and discussions.
• For online sessions, participants must ensure adequate internet connectivity, a functioning audio/video setup, and uninterrupted participation.
• The organizer may deny certification to participants who fail to satisfy attendance, participation, or assessment requirements. - Assessments & Certification
• Certification shall be awarded only upon successful completion of the programme requirements and assessments, where applicable.
• Assessment standards shall be determined solely by the trainers and organizers.
• Completion of the course does not guarantee employment, accreditation, empanelment, professional appointments, or inclusion on any mediation panel.
• Certain accreditation options may be subject to regional eligibility requirements and applicable accreditation guidelines. - Recording & Use of Sessions
